We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join the team in providing Friday support as the Receptionist. This individual will be the first point of contact for the organization and members.

• Greeting visitors in a polite and informative manner
• Managing incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person or department
• Handling general administrative duties, including mail distribution, filing, and scheduling appointments
• Updating databases and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring the reception area is always clean and presentable
