Description:

Grande Prairie Subaru is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Social media Coordinator to join our Team!
With a willingness to represent our Dealership in a professional and friendly manner, we would like to hear from you! We offer a positive and supportive work environment with exceptional management support.
The hours for this role are 8:00am to 1:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • First and central point of contact, for all customers in person or on the phone.
  • Support Sales Team with floor control and Dealership traffic logging.
  • Promptly and efficiently run the Dealership’s telephone switchboard and direct all calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and maintain a welcoming customer waiting area.
  • Compile and finalize vehicle licensing
  • Stock in vehicle inventory
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Receive customer payments or obtain credit authorizations.

  • You have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills!
  • Thrive in a fast-paced Team environment
  • Computer skills are key, which include Word, Excel and Outlook. CDK/180 knowledge is an asset.
  • Previous Dealership and licensing experience is an asset
