Description:

Part Time Regional Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Regional Marketing Manager to join our team on a part time basis, ideally working 3 days per week on a hybrid basis.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind our regional marketing strategy, collaborating closely with our national marketing experts to deliver impactful campaigns that showcase our regional successes. From aligning with our Business Development team to manage local events and generate valuable data insights, to championing our use of D365 and overseeing the regional awards schedule, your creativity and strategic expertise will be essential.
You’ll also help manage our regional PR, handling external communications, photography, and social media to promote our achievements, charitable work, and more. And as a true team player, you’ll liaise with the wider business and communications team ensure consistent, engaging messaging.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of regional marketing strategies and the ability to align with national objectives.
  • A self-starter with the ability to engage at different levels of the business
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in D365 or similar CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative content creation skills, including writing and visual content.
  • Experience in managing budgets and external events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
