Description:

Rotorua Toyota are on the hunt for a fun, friendly and organised, admin superstar to be our new part-time Branch Administrator. This is a 30-hour week role, but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing office functions to supporting the service and sales teams. There is also customer service aspects, involving answering phones and attending to visitors if needed. This position requires a proactive and motivated, individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
