Sales Consultant - Home Economist (Part-time)
Shift: Day Shift with flexibility for evenings and weekends
Location: Vancouver Miele Experience Centre
Reporting to: Store Manager

NOW THAT YOU KNOW ABOUT US, WE WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT YOU! WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:

  • Provide a consistent superior premium customer experience to achieve store sales targets and demonstrate expert Miele product knowledge
  • Always embrace the Miele Experience strategy and operational guidelines and ensure customers enjoy a hassle-free, premium retail experience
  • Drive direct sales
  • Have the ability to wear different hats, ensuring the Miele Experience Centre is always pristine, including the Active Kitchen
  • Prepare customer quotes and orders
  • Sell Cash-and-Carry products, cross and up-sell products, providing owner education, assisting with events
  • Provide owner education and product demonstrations
  • Lead Miele Culinary Institute events
  • Create leads from consumer events which take place at the Miele Experience Centre
  • Assist with video/digital content that may be required for customer events, including hosting virtual events
  • Maintain a relationship with existing customers or re-engage customers back to the brand
  • Ensure that customers have the home economic and appliance support necessary to use the Miele appliances effectively to delight the customer and support the overall Company Vision
  • Connect with the community to host events and activate the Miele Active Kitchen on a regular basis (ie. Team Building events, A&D events)
