The Role: Part-Time Sales & Merchandising Representative - Markham Territory - Approx 30hrs/week

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is Luxe Brands, a prestigious name in the beauty and fragrance industry which collaborates with some of the biggest stars, such as Ariana Grande, to bring innovative products to the market. Your role is to be the customer service and product expert on all products in the Ariana Grande line! Through your higher-performer, persuasive and goal-oriented personality, you will ensure that the brands you represent are executed at the highest level at the outlets you cover. To do this, you will need to deliver on the building blocks of selling and merchandising: maximizing distribution, selling in and executing point-of-sale material, maintaining call coverage objectives and executing brand priorities by building strong relationships with key store contacts. Said differently: WE need YOU to make sure our client’s products OUTSELL the competitors!

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING EVERY DAY:

Drive Sales: Placing point-of-sale material, Plan-o-Gram compliance

Merchandising: Main Shelf, Displays & Stock Replenishment

  • Build brand loyalty and creditability with retail sales associates - Be the Brand Champion!
  • Travel within assigned market to visit all stores in the territory according to the designated frequency
  • Support new product launches and event execution
  • Check and correct distribution voids/out-of-stocks
  • Gather & report on competitive insights in field
