  Join an award-winning team and work with renowned brands like STIHL and Masport! We are looking for a motivated and skilled Retail Sales Representative to join our team at STIHL Shop Botany. This is a part-time role, with working hours during the week and on weekends.

ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking someone who has a passion for customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a practical understanding of retail operations. You’ll need to be “retail ready” and confident in providing customers with the product information they need to make informed decisions. A background in retail and hands-on experience with tools and machinery will be advantageous.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll become part of a high-performing, passionate team with a proud history of over 20 years in the local market. You’ll assist customers by selling a wide range of products, including chainsaws, lawnmowers, brush-cutters, hedge-trimmers, pressure cleaners, and more. You’ll also help with inventory control, product assembly, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, friendly environment.
• Demonstrating products and assembling items such as chainsaws and lawnmowers.
• Managing stock levels, processing inwards and outwards goods, and tidying up retail displays.
• Handling phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Assisting customers with loading and unloading their purchases.
