Job Title: Part time School Cleaner
Location: Quidenham, Norfolk
Salary: £11.72 per hour
Hours: 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday. Potential start times: 4am, 5am or 2pm. 20 hours per week, Term time only plus 2 weeks
We are currently seeking a Part Time Cleaner to join a specialist SEN school based in Quidenham, Norfolk

EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good level of fitness
• The role will require some manual handling tasks – lifting, carrying
• Ability to work with appropriate cleaning products
• Ability to safely use a range of cleaning equipment
• Understanding of health and safety legislation and/or have a willingness to learn
• Ongoing training will be provided to support this role

THE ROLE:

As part time School cleaner you will join the Housekeeping team who are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Dusting and polishing
• Maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen areas
• Vacuuming and washing floors
• Tidying up rooms
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as and when needed
• Reporting any necessary repairs
• Keeping bathrooms stocked and clean
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
