In order to grow our motivated Haiilo team, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) Legal Counsel in a part-time role to directly impact the business strategy with your legal knowledge.
As a part-time (Senior) Legal Counsel , you will support us for 20-30h/week and enjoy taking charge of matters mostly around IT Contract Law and Data Protection Law, together with small legal team. You will report into the Head of the Legal Department. It is your chance to enter an already grown and successful company while being able to still leave your visible footprint.
The role should ideally be onsite in Hamburg or in one of our other Haiilo offices (which effectively means hybrid).

• Legal Dispute Solver: Handle legal disputes with a strategic and proactive approach, ensuring swift and effective resolutions
• Versatile Legal Advisor: Support various legal needs across the organization, including trademark, corporate matters, and other areas where your expertise can shine
