JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Welcome and acknowledge all customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Present menu to customers
• Check customers for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with Singapore and company laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages
• Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
• Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed
• Keeping work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized
• Carrying out tasks that follows high level of hygiene policies and standards.
• Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors or manager.
• 及时、友好、高效地欢迎和迎接所有顾客。
• 向顾客展示菜单
• 检查顾客身份是否正确，并根据新加坡和公司法律法规向顾客提供酒精饮料。
• 协助准备和提供食品和饮料
• 使用收银机和数字系统处理现金、支票和信用卡付款。
• 回复顾客投诉和疑问，尽可能解决问题，并根据需要将顾客转介给经理
• 保持工作区域（如食物准备区和顾客区）整洁有序
• 执行符合高水平卫生政策和标准的任务。
• 根据主管或经理的分配或要求，履行任何其他分配的职责和责任。
