JOB SUMMARY

The content editor is responsible for making content updates on campus gateway websites, including northwest.iu.edu, southbend.iu.edu, kokomo.iu.edu, east.iu.edu, columbus.iu.edu, southeast.iu.edu, and others as assigned. It is best suited for a person with writing/editing experience who wants to gain experience in and exposure to the technical space.

Department Specific Responsibilities

• Makes content updates to campus gateway websites via the Cascade CMS.
• Uses the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and track requested updates to campus gateway websites.
• Consults with the experience architect, Campus Gateway team, and content stakeholders on requested updates as needed to ensure updates are accurate and timely.
• Adheres to the university’s digital accessibility standards for all updates.
