Temporary Call Center Associate – Voter Registration Audit Location: Cobb County, GA Pay Rate: $15 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday (optional weekends) | 7 AM – 8 PM | October 21 – mid-November (with potential extension) Assignment End Date: mid-November, unless extended for Runoff Election until mid-December Job Description: We are seeking detail-oriented and professional individuals for a temporary position in our call center. This role involves handling customer service phone calls and auditing processed voter registrations. Key responsibilities include: Responding to inbound customer inquiries in a courteous and professional mannerAuditing and verifying voter registration data with high attention to detailAccurately documenting call interactions and audit resultsRequired Skills: Strong attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly review and audit registration information with accuracy.Professional telephone etiquette: Skilled in providing courteous and clear communication over the phone.Data entry experience: Comfortable working with digital records and databases.Time management: Capable of managing workload within designated shifts, with the flexibility to handle extended hours on Election Day, if needed.Requirements: Must be a resident of Cobb County, GAMust pass a background check and drug screeningAbility to work between 20-35 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as required on Election Day (November 5) This temporary assignment will end mid-November unless extended for a Runoff Election on December 3, in which case it will conclude by mid-December
