Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Veterinary receptionist that has front of house experience. We are offering a part-time position, 3-days a week. You would also be part of a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.
Due to your job fully being front of house, you would be required to have good client communication skills and be able to adapt to different scenarios (i.e. Triaging emergencies on the phone, booking in consults, placing orders etc.). We have a great team that works well together and supports each other, so being able to work in a team is essential.
This is a mixed role where we require you to cover reception and facilitate all front-of-house duties, as well as support our clinical staff in managing their day and assisting where you can. We are very proud of the patient and client care we provide and would want any new member of staff to uphold those standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Previous veterinary experience to understand animal care and client needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for pet owners
  • Attention to detail in handling appointments and medical records
  • Ability to work within a team and withhold the practice values
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
