RUCKUS a commScope BU seeks a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our RUCKUS sales team in Austin, Texas. This individual will support and enable the selling of the RUCKUS line at Dell.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience working with Dell across multiple verticals
  • Must live in the Austin, Texas area
  • At least 5 years of selling experience in the high-tech (IT) marketplace, specifically targeting high-level management and decision-makers. A proven track record in end-user sales and/or channel leveraging is essential.
  • Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to position and sell IT/Networking solutions to end-users through distribution channels.
  • Revenue and pipeline-oriented, with the ability to encourage, influence, and build trust and respect among others.
  • Proven experience in strategic partner development and a clear understanding of what partner success looks like.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to gather relevant information and effectively communicate findings to senior leadership.
