Responsibilities:

As a Partner Business Development Manager, your mission will be to cultivate and enhance relationships with our key partners, driving business growth and amplifying Pepperstone’s footprint within our partner network. You’ll dive into strategic negotiations and business development while gathering market insights that elevate partner engagement and pave the way for sustained growth. You’ll oversee the entire partner lifecycle, which includes sales and conversion, support and retention, as well as relationship management. Additionally, you’ll spearhead the creation and execution of a tailored strategy to foster our regional expansion, collaborating closely with our marketing, compliance, and senior leadership teams to ensure its success.

As our Partner Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Working to identify and connect with key IBs and partners, fostering long-lasting relationships that contribute to Pepperstone’s growth by uncovering new business opportunities aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Taking the lead in negotiating important terms with partners to establish agreements that benefit everyone involved, while fine-tuning partnerships to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Regularly collecting market insights and sharing them with core teams to enhance our strategies, improve our positioning, and stay ahead of the latest trends.
  • Boosting Pepperstone’s share of the wallet by strengthening partner engagement, driving revenue, and maintaining our status as a preferred partner.
  • Showcasing Pepperstone’s offerings, ensuring consistency in the market, and aligning our growth initiatives with both partner and business goals.
  • Aiming to meet KPIs that align with expectations and budget while ensuring compliance and adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to tailor communication and campaigns specifically for the LATAM market.
  • Taking a proactive approach in researching and presenting opportunities to meet growth targets and strategic goals, leading projects with senior stakeholders.
