JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must come from an Intelligent Automation background, likely having been in a similar role at another automation vendor such as RPA, IDP, BPM etc.
  • Desired experience in working with Global SI’s and consultancies
  • Must show experience of enterprise sales as well as partner sales
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • While experience is important for this role, we are looking for someone that is keen to take the next step in their career with high motivation to succeed and prove themselves
  • Bachelor’s Degree (4-year degree), preference of Business or related study, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Drive partner growth in the region.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Partner Strategy and Alliances to ensure regional strategies align with global objectives.
  • Create and implement business plans and enablement paths to support the long-term development of strategic partnerships and focus attention on accelerating new business acquisition.
  • Identify and engage potential new growth reselling partners and ISV’s to expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Identify new strategic technology partners that accentuate ABBYY’s portfolio to the market and drive growth.
  • Influence and work with Partner Account Managers on building profitable, scalable and predictable partnerships.
  • Work with regional sales leaders to integrate partner strategies with regional sales goals, driving excellence in approach to monthly forecasts and pipeline development.
  • Develop close collaboration with Partner Enablement, Partner Marketing and Pre-sales in the region
  • Drive all activities with a customer first mentality
  • Drive adoption of the Global Channel Program
