Your Role:

Within the French team, you play an active part in the development of our Private Clients business on the French market in providing full support in our daily contract administration, while meeting high compliance standards and following strict processes and deadlines. Your main tasks will include:

  • Performing accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, servicing, and query resolution during the life cycle of a policy, including document Management
  • Following up the onboarding of the new business together with our partners and sales
  • Proactively supporting our clients, our partners, and our sales team in a timely manner
  • Analysing partners and client’s requests by applying Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures
  • Assist the team on special projects, tasks, etc. assigned to you

Your Profile:

  • Degree in administration, accounting or finance or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the insurance sector / financial sector
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in French - mother tongue level and business fluency in English. Any other European language is an asset
  • Highly accurate, organised, reliable and client-oriented
  • Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and with team-playing ability
