A Partner Development Manager Intern recruits, onboards, and manages relationships with Microsoft partners; differentiates the value of partnering with Microsoft versus competitors.
Aligns partners to strategic accounts and identifies market opportunities through industry analysis and intelligence. Develops and supports partner business plans, skill growth and industry presence.
Supports partner readiness through selling strategies, marketing plans, and portfolio optimization. Analyzes business metrics to assess performance and identify areas for growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
  • Fluency in English.
  • You must be legally authorised to work in UAE to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) for your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration/Management,Marketing, or related field before the start date (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated).

  • Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling
  • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the creation of a strategic vision rooted to the partners impact and potential across segments, and will generally serve partners that are smaller or startups. Demonstrates an expert understanding of the partners business and conveys the value of partnering with Microsoft based on the business opportunity and possible competition.
  • Contributes to Business Design briefings advising partner leadership on building a high-impact Microsoft Services practice. Develops and executes forward-thinking partner business plans that develop partner business and support cloud consumption and digital transformation.Considers short- and long-term goals and performance expectations based on partner capabilities.
  • Leverages internal resources to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) and co-selling strategies that define activities and expectations to meet Microsoft and partner sales goals. Prioritizes accounts for developing GTM strategies. Advises partner on meeting various program, sales, and tech requirements.
  • Leverages and recruits new partners to grow business. Identifies opportunities to sell Microsoft products and services.
