PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Due to successful growth of our business, Arrow is looking for an energetic, motivated sales professional to join Arrow’s Data Center Solutions -team as a Partner Development Manager for DC solutions. In this role you will drive and execute business development initiatives and day to day activities with our channel partners, vendor and end user customers in their Hybrid Cloud journey in Finland. You will be working in close co-operation with Arrow’s Product, Marketing and Technical teams to help you to be successful in your job role.
The job position is located at the Espoo office, but employees can also work remotely. We value face-to-face interaction between coworkers and channel partners, and therefore the employee is expected to be willing to work in the office from time to time as well.
Responsibilities:
- You have at least few years’ of experience in IT sales and sales development
- You are Interested to develop your own competencies and have willingness to continuous learning
- You are co-operative and obtain good social skills, which are essential in a team environment.
- You share the importance of customer service excellence
- You are self-driven and have a “can do attitude”
- You have strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Finnish and English is essential, Swedish is an advantage
