The Sales Function works with a diverse range of customers, everything from start-ups to the most well-known global corporations. We work closely with our customers to develop a clear understanding of their business context, their needs, and how our range of products can support their business objectives. Through this partnership and relationship approach, the Sales team perform at a high level and are fundamental to the ongoing growth and success of Insights.
Job Description
An Insights Partner Development Manager is responsible to proactively manage and develop a portfolio of accounts through deepening Partner relationships, including the recruitment of new Partners aligned to territory strategy and processes.
This role will require you to recruit, source and onboard new partners for Insights developing leads from marketing and persuading prospective partners of the benefits of a close relationship.
The future incumbent will set and execute a sales and relationship management strategy for growing specified portfolio of Partners, supporting and influencing Partners’ strategy and execution based on Insights Discovery.
Building and fostering trusted relationships as well as understanding Partners’ businesses and their unique needs are key elements of this role.
We take pride in the value we add to our Partner’s businesses and in the mutual growth we create every day, drawing our Partners closer to Insights purpose, products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in handling accounts in a Partner or similar channel, managing, coaching and supporting Partner relationships and working as an Ambassador for brand
  • Awareness and proficiency in the commercial and economic climate and competitive landscape of specified territory in the L&D industry
  • Skilled in planning and prioritising sales activities and Partner/prospect contact toward achieving agreed business aims
  • Responsible to create a community of practise for Partner groups by engaging in regular discussions and campaigns in keeping Insights alive and providing product, service and market intelligence.
