As the Partner Development Manager at Oktopost, your primary responsibility will be to recruit and onboard referral and reseller partners, and support their growth within Oktopost’s channel ecosystem. This includes developing our existing partner portfolio globally and driving revenue growth through our channel partners.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess the ability to effectively communicate Oktopost’s go-to-market strategy and value proposition to C-Level executive partners. You’ll be responsible for helping reseller partners sell more and increase revenue, increasing the number of referred opportunities from referral partners, and expanding our market share through a partnering model.
Your ability to effectively manage our partners and drive revenue growth will be critical to the success of Oktopost’s channel program.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least a year’s previous experience in sales development, outbound prospecting and self-generation.
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience of selling within a SaaS business is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and proactive approach to engaging prospective partners.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, eager to take on new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work well with cross-functional teams, bringing a collaborative mindset to every project.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and tenacity towards outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a positive attitude in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously.
  • Negotiating skills and ability to influence.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Oktopost’s go-to-market partner development strategy.
  • Discover and target key decision-makers in new OEM and Referral partner accounts.
  • Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Web, and automation tools to discover and reach potential partners.
  • Document and track interactions and activities using Salesforce.com.
  • Connect with new and existing partners via telephone, email, zoom and social media to qualify their needs and requirements.
  • Maintain an understanding of Oktopost’s platform, ensuring you can articulate Oktopost’s commercial value to partners.
  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for all partners in the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with partners with the goal of developing their sales and support capabilities.
  • Ensure Oktopost is top of mind for all partners in the ecosystem.
