Description:

- Demonstrated success in leading AI-driven transformation projects within back-office settings, with a portfolio of projects that have significantly improved operational efficiency.
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies applicable to back-office processes, such as NLP (Natural Language Processing), LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive the adoption and integration of AI solutions.
- Strong collaboration, project management and team-building skills, including experience in leading diverse teams and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies and their application in business transformation.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in the field of Gen AI / AI / ML
- Emotional intelligence, including the ability to empathize with clients and team members, manage conflicts effectively, and adapt to different cultural and organizational contexts.
- High level of personal and professional integrity, and the ability to inspire trust and confidence among clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields is mandatory. Advanced degrees in technology or business (Ph.D., MTech, MBA) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
JOB ROLE
- Lead the strategy and execution for integrating AI technologies into back-office functions such as finance, HR, procurement, and administration to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on the potential of AI/ML technologies to transform back-office operations, identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Build a team of experts who can not only create powerful go-to-market propositions but also delivery sound and scalable AI solutions.
- Craft business cases and roadmaps on delivering business benefits.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of AI tools and platforms that best fit the organization’s needs and goals for back-office transformation.
- Work with product teams to design, develop and deliver AI-driven solutions for automating repetitive tasks, improving data processing, and facilitating decision-making processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of back-office operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing AI-driven solutions for improvement.
- Develop and enforce best practices for AI implementation in back-office operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical considerations.
- Architect and implement AI and ML solutions that automate and optimize back-office processes, including but not limited to BFSI and Energy industries.
- Lead projects to analyse and redesign back-office workflows, incorporating AI technologies to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and lower operational costs.
- Manage cross-functional teams in the deployment of AI solutions, providing guidance and expertise to ensure project success.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, evaluating their applicability to back-office operations and leading innovation initiatives.
