THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs or regional SIs.
- The ability to excite others, attract and build strong relationships at Executive level and proven at C-Level specifically.
- Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day to day tasks to execute that strategy and develop our sales ambitions and partnerships.
- Strong consultative sales ability and skills
- Team-oriented & Entrepreneurial.
- Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems.
- Demonstrable, strong network within Consulting (Big 4) and System Integrator companies.
- Strong communication skills, verbally & written in English

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic partner strategy for the Benelux market to achieve assigned sales goals (typically Partner opportunity development - Co-sell/Resell and direct revenue).
- Attract and develop senior relationships with partners to expand into new strategic areas (new Business Units, Service Lines, Industry Verticals).
- Build and manage strong relationships with key senior stakeholders across all aspects of the Business Development matrix; Customers, Partners and internally with the Benelux Sales team to drive and develop a complimentary regional business portfolio.
- Pitch value proposition of Celonis partnership on all levels (especially comfortable at C-Level) adopting a highly consultative sales and business outcome approach.
- Support partners in their go-to-market activities (business planning, pipeline development, QBR, marketing, sales activities across different Go-To-Market options
- Organise and execute events with and for our partner community in order to drive pipeline and opportunities.
- Drive technical and sales enablement of partners, orchestrating relevant global ecosystem resources.
- Ensure solid alignment of all relevant stakeholders in joint accounts across all purposes and programs.
