Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…•
- Assess each partner’s enablement capabilities at initial post-sales engagement, and tailor direction to their unique enablement needs and strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to embedded partners, offering strategic guidance, best practices, connect with other visier experts when needed, and provide actionable insights to help them succeed in selling and promoting their people analytics solutions.
- Equip partners with enablement best practices, instructions and project plans, meeting their go to market strategies, timelines and revenue growth objectives.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders and technical teams to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Define, develop and document the Visier Partner Enablement program and strategy, including a comprehensive partner enablement playbook.
- Develop and maintain a library of enablement materials, including playbooks, technical documentation, best practice strategies (i.e. certification programs), use cases, value propositions and demo scripts to support partner onboarding and ongoing enablement needs.
- Continuously monitor partner enablement performance, help them identify and measure the effectiveness of their enablement initiatives, and report partner program status, successes and roadblocks to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to Visier Partner Success Team, Solutions Teams, Marketing and Product teams to improve our partner program, partner ecosystem and the success of our partner’s implementations of Visier Embedded solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to continuously enhance partner enablement strategies and offerings.
