Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Enablement Manager for the DACH region . You will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and the Sales Team, while driving the growth and success of the company’s partner ecosystem.
This role involves developing and executing enablement programs that equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively sell and support the company’s products and services. The Partner Enablement Manager will work clo sely with the partner & sales team, marketing, product management, and training departments to ensure partners are fully enabled and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Partner Enablement Program Development
Execute on the current (and design further) comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, certification, and continuous learning initiatives
Develop and maintain enablement content such as training modules, product guides, sales playbooks, and best practices
Training and Knowledge Transfer
Conduct regular training sessions for partners on product features, sales techniques, competitive positioning, and market opportunities
Develop certification programs to validate partners’ knowledge and skills
Monitor and track partner participation and progress in training and certification programs
