SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience working as an SME in Financial Risk and Compliance domain and managed multiple consulting and implementation programs
• Good understanding of Risk and Regulatory Compliance domain for BFSI clients – particularly focused on banking (retail and commercial)
• Working Knowledge of key Risk & Compliance functions for Banks – Credit Risk, Treasury , Finance , Regulatory Compliance and reporting
• Good understanding of IT delivery methodology including Agile, Scrum, Iterative etc.
• Should be able to estimate / validate implementation / customization efforts of IT solutions
• Ownership in Solution incubation and IP creation
• Deep understanding of innovative customer models, products, services and business re-platforming strategies
• Good knowledge of the market and demand including multiple engagements across geographies
• Experience in consultative selling and creating client business case for value-based pitches
• MBA Finance or equivalent

• Growth: Work with the leadership team to help define a sound business growth strategy for Risk & Compliance. Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro’s client positioning
• Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within Risk & Compliance space
• Practice Management: Manage the team of consulting professionals based in India, including their goals & objectives, mentoring, career planning etc.
• Partnerships: Define and establish products & fintechs partnerships closely working with alliance team to nurture the partnership and also with the internal stake holders within Wipro
• Branding: Leverage the above to help create a strong Wipro Market Positioning for - increasing Wipro’s mindshare in the Risk & Compliance ecosystem
