As the Partner Growth Manager (PGM), you will be the owner of ZayZoon’s Partner relationships, helping to ensure all partners experience the full value ZayZoon has to offer their clients and worksite employees. The PGM will set and maintain goals for each partner that include progress and success. You can anticipate occasional travel for on-site engagements with partners, fostering deeper connections and understanding as needed. Initial expectations may involve visits every other month, although the frequency of travel could evolve based on partner assignments and emerging growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the partner relationship in the transition from Business Development.
- Work closely with the partner implementation and marketing teams to ensure partner rollouts are delivered on time and meeting business objectives.
- Verify commitments made during the sales process and create an account plan to deliver on tactics including: Client Campaigns, Employee Campaigns, Auto Activation, Product Level Actions.
- Work closely with partner team members to drive growth through existing but also new and innovative tactics.
- Track and communicate overall partner health metrics to the Director, Success for visibility across the organization.
- Continuously update detailed partner account plans and summaries.
- Drive the partnership forward with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking full ownership and accountability for nurturing, expanding, and maximizing the relationship’s potential through innovative strategies.
- Coordinate both internally and externally to ensure ongoing alignment.
- Occasional travel, as needed.
