    Job Description
    As the Managing Director, you will lead QCA through its critical transition from startup to scale-up, with a focus on driving growth, product innovation, and global market penetration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in scaling early-stage companies
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks like NIS2, DORA, and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Experience in managing compliance for enterprise or governmental organizations is a plus.
  • Strong track record in sales leadership and delivering customer-centric products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to embrace innovation
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Passion for sustainability, personal development, and system thinking
  • Team-oriented with a structured, customer-focused approach
  • Legal knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in managing compliance for enterprise or governmental organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a global growth strategy to position QCA as the leading compliance solution.
  • Sales & Marketing Leadership: Drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and deepen client relationships while leading the sales and marketing teams.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with the development team to continuously enhance and adapt the product to meet evolving global compliance needs.
  • Global Expansion: Spearhead international expansion efforts and foster partnerships across diverse markets and industries.
  • Financial Management: Ensure financial health through effective budget management and achieving financial targets.
