Description:

NUDU developed and deploys an advanced SaaS solution for audits and risk assessments of systems, processes and protocols. Its automated processes enable the development of effective policies in order to achieve impactful results. It provides comprehensive insights in sustainability goals or a variety of company specific issues, like the internal mental health. Unique is the ability to identify contextual issues in organisations, that current information structures do not flag up. The tool provides organizations with a complete picture and actionable insights. At the moment we work for governmental bodies and in the healthcare industry. Our ambition is to grow in our current markets and to expand to agriculture and impact investment.
Tasks
Are you a driven entrepreneur with a passion for compliance and innovation? Do you have experience in leading companies from the startup phase to a scale-up? NUDU, a dynamic company, is looking for a business leader with a vision to accelerate its growth phase and conquer the global compliance market.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in successfully leading early-stage companies to scale-ups.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and developing profitable products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to take risks and embrace innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) and leadership capabilities.
  • Affinity with sustainability and inner development.
  • Basic level of technical knowledge and ability to demonstrate system thinking.
  • Team player and a structured approach towards the business and customer demands.
  • Fun to work with, an open mind set and the skills to open doors.
  • Legal knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position NUDU worldwide as the smart audit solution.
2. Sales and Marketing: Lead efforts to enter new markets, acquire customers and deepen existing relationships. Lead our sales and marketing staff.
3. Product Development: Drive innovation and work closely with the development team to continuously improve and adapt NUDU to global needs.
4. International Leadership: Take NUDU to the next level by expanding globally and collaborating with diverse markets and industries.
5. Financial Management: Ensure a healthy financial basis through effective budget management and achieving goals.
