Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Partner Manager at Bonmoja, you will develop and implement partner strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and other partner channels, optimizing performance, and maximizing revenue generation. This position requires a deep understanding of the African gaming market, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate and or partner marketing, preferably in the online gaming or betting industry for a minimum of 2 years.
- Understanding of African gaming markets, including player preferences, regulatory frameworks, and competitor landscape.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
- Self-motivated & results-oriented, with a record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages in Africa is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of accountability and professionalism.
- Experience with NetRefer would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to increase player acquisition and retention in Africa.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including web affiliates, influencers, and media partners, community owners and physical networks to expand the company’s reach in the target markets.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Monitor and analyse partner performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Provide regular reporting on partner channel performance, including key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align affiliate activities with broader business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the African gaming market.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, providing support, guidance, and promotional materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times.
- Represent the Bonmoja at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
