Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires 3-4+ years of experience with a proven and successful track record in business development and closing deals in B2B software sales; preferably with experience in both the channel and within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Fluency in English and in German
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner/client relationships, fostering trust and credibility
- Demonstrated ability to understand partner/vendor dynamics and overcome hurdles to close business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Good decision making ability and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
The Partner Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining partner relationships for Aptean’s Advance Workflow product within the Microsoft partner ecosystem. This will be a global role, supporting Aptean’s Advance Workflow partners worldwide. Expanding Aptean’s partner network globally is a strategic initiative within the business.
As an Aptean Partner Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with partners to strategize and build pipeline, accurately forecast, and drive deals to meet all quarterly sales targets. You will work with partner stakeholders within Aptean to provide enablement, training and support as well as manage the ongoing performance of partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective partners and managing onboarding of any new Advance Workflow partners.
Frequent travel is required.
