REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-6 years of experience in partnership / channel management
- An understanding of regulations (EU and Local directives) and technology landscape
- Proficiency in sales forecasting techniques (BANT/MEDDICC)
- Ability to create and execute Joint Business plans
- Empathic mindset with the ability to engage in and build strong relationships with senior-level executives
- A sales-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Great communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
As our new Partner Manager, your main responsibility will be to select, onboard and develop high-potential partners. As a Partner Manager you’ll also be working with generating revenue with key partners across the regions by setting up Joint Business plans and having a close collaboration with our Account Executives to engage them in the partner’s accounts.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard partners with services value proposition fitting our software offer - focus on Formalize but supplemented with Whistleblower
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners for strategic growth
- Engage with the channel manager to scope out and refine the ideal partner profile in the assigned regions
- Possess a strategic mindset able to analyse a fast-changing technology environment, and be able to articulate and position product features to fit partners’ portfolios
- Establish connections with senior-level executives within partner organizations
- Collaborate with Focus/Key partners and build Joint Business Plans. Regularly track progress with meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure we are on track with the agreed actions on plans
- Manage sales forecasts calls to drive revenue growth. Set up a cadence of meetings with Focus and High Potential Partners to drive revenues generation.
- Organize training sessions and workshops tailored to partners’ needs to increase familiarity with our pitching, demos, and overall software positioning (competitive landscape)
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the region. Maintain a healthy pipeline by generating net new customers and identifying opportunities where partners can cross-sell Formalize
