Description:

The Device Partner Sales team (DPS) is looking for a senior partner marketing professional to support the Global Device Partner WW Marketing team at Microsoft in driving account marketing engagement with the Acer, ASUS and Samsung Consumer and Commercial Devices business in EMEA.
This role will have accountability for developing specific marketing strategies and execution with Acer, ASUS and Samsung in EMEA that deliver on revenue growth, success in new categories and demand for Windows devices in highly competitive device segments. We are looking for a strong leader who can co-design and implement consumer and commercial campaigns with the partners at the regional and country level that accrue to an inspirational, engaging and innovative Windows device purchase experience, especially among market segments that have the most growth potential.
We are looking for an aspiring leader who embraces competition, learning, and driving success with partners in new areas like Windows Copilot+ PC’s as well as driving new growth in key segments like PC Gaming, Education and Services (DaaS).
This role will collaborate with the global GDP Marketing Managers for Acer, ASUS and Samsung in the development and implementation of strategies and execution plans as part of the regional and country marketing plans in EMEA. The role will interface regularly with Acer, ASUS and Samsung regional EMEA leaders and various stakeholders at Microsoft.
There will be many opportunities to participate in and contribute to the various aspects of Microsoft’s ROB (Rhythm of the Business); WW and regional internal working teams, monthly/quarterly business reviews, quarterly investment reviews etc.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Develop the all-up regional Windows partner marketing strategy; inclusive of product launches, marketing campaigns and commercial/consumer initiatives, and managing new channels or methods of distribution.
  • Exceed scorecard targets for the overall Windows, Server and Office businesses for each of the 3 partners.
  • Plan and manage marketing spend in the region within budgets and work with Acer, ASUS and Samsung country teams to build and approve detailed marketing execution plans aligned to the regional strategies.
  • Collaborate with DPS PSMO, AD and Ops teams to drive efficient and compliant PO submissions, POE and invoicing, and manage escalations as needed.
  • Lead programs for targeted investments and campaigns that prioritize compete-sensitive segments and geographies and represent the team in the programmatic implementation of programs like Jumpstart.
  • Monitor the impact of the programs and promotions by including clear metrics and methods of measurement and supportive insights from our partners into the plans.
  • Compile and report insights based on data driven modelling, suggest strategic adjustments as appropriate to inform business decisions and take advantage of market opportunities.
  • Support the DPS field (marketing and sales) in the landing of the programs and the evolution of programs based on data-driven insights leading with ROI analysis.
  • Liaise with PMO and the Windows Client BG team to land key commercial and consumer strategies and plans with Acer, ASUS and Samsung in EMEA.
