Reporting to our Director of Growth, the Partner Marketing Manager sits on the Growth Marketing team and is responsible for managing the strategic direction of our Influencer channel. You will use data to set partner recommendations, analyze influencer performance and drive optimizations to drive our ambitious acquisition goals for our Influencer channel. This is an extremely collaborative role, working across teams such as Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Design, and Data Analytics to drive a smooth influencer activation process.
As an early member of our expanding Influencer Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence Relay’s influencer strategy and overall company growth. You’ll leverage Relay’s unique data to build campaigns and drive impact to channel performance-optimizing campaigns toward our highest-value customers. Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficient customer acquisition on our influencer marketing channel
  • Develop meaningful influencer relationships that engage their audiences with our offerings
  • Analyze campaign and influencer performance optimizing towards KPIs like customer registrations, funnel conversion rates, CAC and payback period
  • Communicate effectively with marketing leaders on the performance of ongoing Influencer initiatives
  • Leverage sound processes to plan, test and scale our Influencer programs, acting with curiosity and creativity
  • Evaluate, negotiate and onboard new influencers as needed
  • Partner closely with our Brand and Product Marketing teams, to push our new product launches or brand campaigns with our influencer partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor programs
  • Build on our influencer tooling stack (Impact and Segment)
