Description:
Requirements
- 3+ years of partner marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as Field Marketing and Partner Sales
- Experience in developing partner facing programs, strong experience in managing and influencing multiple partners of varied sizes to execute on shared goals.
- Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community
- Have end-to-end, hands-on approach to marketing activities and programs
- Track record of delivering marketing results with a strong analytical mindset
- Experience working with Salesforce and Eloqua (or equivalent tools)
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Localize and execute global partner marketing programs and campaigns with partners
- Monitor and support partner utilization of Market Development Funds (MDF) and enable appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives including being an expert resource on process, guidelines and options for partners across the APAC region.
- Manage operational tasks – including MDF campaign creation in SFDC, purchase order creation & spend processing, regional calendar updates, presentation & reporting deck updates, post-activity follow up and documentation collection
- Measure key metrics and ensure all established goals, objectives and deliverables are met
- Track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC
