Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to get creative with crafting and executing partner programs that open up exciting new doors within our payroll partners’ networks. You’ll have the autonomy to build and shape these strategies while collaborating with our dynamic internal teams and external partners to stir up demand, boost awareness and trust, drive revenue, and smash growth targets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating and executing multi-channel partner programs, leveraging our partners to drive new opportunities throughout our buyer’s journey
- Partner with sales, account management, and product to assist in building campaigns and programs to create demand and drive awareness both internally at our partners and with their clients for new opportunities
- Utilize email marketing, newsletters, and personalized campaigns with customer programs to drive ongoing engagement and client awareness
- Assist in producing partner content including co-branded assets, blog opportunities, client testimonials, and case studies
- Foster relationships with independent payroll partners to maintain mindshare and grow client base
- Establish relationships with Payroll and HR industry associations and publications for brand opportunities, content syndication, and events
- Build and manage webinars with partners including the registration process, email invitations, lead management, and reporting
- Assist in optimizing and organizing the partner lead referral process including measurement, analysis, and conversion of leads
- Report on lead targets and deliverables and frequently interact with SDR leadership, sales management, and marketing executives
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE SOMEONE WHO:
- Has excellent written, communication, and verbal skills
- Has strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Has a proficiency in leveraging various marketing channels to drive new opportunities throughout the buyer’s journey
