As an Agent in the North Somerset and Chew Valley agency, you’ll join two existing Agents to lead an insurance business with huge opportunity for further expansion and growth. Alongside retaining an existing farming and commercial book of business, this ambitious agency is focused on growth potential with high net worth and commercial clients.
You’ll use your strong client-facing and relationship building experience to help forge new commercial alliances within this successful insurance business. This is a self-employed growth opportunity with absolute commercial focus and the support of one of the UK’s largest insurers.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMMERCIAL FLAIR
Alongside the two existing partners in this established agency, you’ll assist in growing the business at pace. With the freedom to build on your strong track record as a commercial insurance leader with direct experience of managing large, high-profile accounts, your leadership, and people management skills, you’ll help develop a robust business strategy for the agency’s future. You’ll achieve this by using your market industry knowledge to inspire strong and lasting relationships with an ever-growing, mixed portfolio of clients. These could include farming, high net worth, commercial and large clients with complex needs.
With the support of NFU Mutual, the current partners, and a diverse client base, you’ll assist in leading the direction of business growth, inspiring the team through your demonstrated broking focus, strong values, ambitious plans and passion for customer care.
