ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer care experiences? Are you skilled in handling inquiries and providing timely resolutions? Plusgrade, a leading travel technology company, is seeking a dedicated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Partner Operations Manager!
As a Partner Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our valued partners and ensuring their success. Your primary responsibilities will include handling Tier 1 inbound requests, managing the partner onboarding process, and analyzing partner inquiries to identify improvement opportunities while collaborating with the product and R&D team. You are committed to delivering top-notch customer care and contributing to the overall success of our partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Supporting: Communicating and actively engaging partners to increase revenue and usage
  • Onboarding: you will be responsible for the onboarding process for our new partners, including the project planning, coordination, and technical uploads to our platform.
  • Training: Running training sessions to get our partners engaged and ready to use our product
  • Championing partner requests and concerns to improve our product
