We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as Partner Program Director. This role can be based at any of iLOQ’s 16 global locations.
In this role, your main responsibility is to oversee channel business at iLOQ and develop our global partner program. This role is responsible for designing, implementing and managing a comprehensive partner program that drives and builds long-term loyalty and supports our channel partner network across multiple countries according to the iLOQ Group strategy.
The person in this role will work closely with our sales teams and channel partners to create tailored programs and joint marketing and training activities that drive performance, generate leads and align with our company’s business objectives. This is a hands-on role with responsibility to build the program from the ground up, including the development of strategy, tools, materials, and tracking mechanisms for ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Business growth: Drive channel and partner revenue growth based on annual iLOQ country or regional growth targets.
  • Design and Develop the Global Partner Program: Create a scalable, globally aligned partner program that provides tools for our partners based on sales performance and targets.
  • Customization for Regional Needs: Adapt and customize the global program to meet the unique needs of different markets and sales regions, ensuring effectiveness across diverse countries and cultural environments.
  • Program Implementation: Lead the rollout and implementation of the partner program globally, ensuring it is executed consistently and efficiently in all regions.
  • iLOQ Partner Portal: Take overall responsibility for owning and developing the portal and technology to ensure digital and scalable channel business, order to delivery and 24/7 accessibility to iLOQ materials, training and support.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align the partner program with sales strategies and drive revenue growth through partners.
  • Incentive Structure Development: Build an incentive structure that motivates partners to prioritize the sale of our products to end customers.
  • Program Creation: Personally develop all necessary tools, documentation, and guidelines.
  • Marketing and Communication: Develop promotional materials, marketing collateral, and communications to promote the program both internally and externally to channel partners globally.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor program performance and partner engagement KPIs, regularly assessing and refining strategies to improve outcomes through quarterly business reviews.
  • Program Maintenance: Continuously evaluate and refine the program to ensure long-term success, and adjust it based on performance data and partner feedback.
  • Budget Management: Take responsibility for budgeting and cost management in the execution of the global partner program and iLOQ Partner Portal.

What you’ll bring:

The ideal candidate is a true team player who has a proven track record in sales, channel development or partner program management, and a deep understanding of global business operations.

  • Proven Experience Sales, Channel or Partner Program Management: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and partner program development, ideally in a global context.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business strategy, sales dynamics, and the key drivers of partner/reseller success.
  • Global Perspective: Ability to manage and tailor programs across various countries and regions, with sensitivity to local market conditions.
  • Hands-on Expertise: Comfortable with developing program content, including documentation, incentives, and marketing materials, with a “do-it-yourself” mindset.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Commercial Savvy: Ability to effectively promote the partner program to both internal stakeholders and external partners, securing engagement and buy-in at all levels.
  • Marketing and Sales Integration: Experience with integrating marketing strategies into partner programs and communicating them effectively.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of building programs that directly contribute to sales growth and partner engagement.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal oversight and a high degree of independence.
  • Willingness to Travel: Readiness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Engineering, or Master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in the security industry sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM or partner management software tools.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or channel management.
