JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
This is a partner-focused role that will work with partners and the overall Global SUSE Partner Team to help manage and support SUSE partners and the related programs in conjunction with SUSE’s partner-facing sales force. In working with SUSE partners, the objective is to position SUSE products and solutions effectively and help our partner sales force build GTM strategies that our partners can take to their customers. This role will also involve keeping track of and reporting statistics related to partner operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide support for the Global Director of Programs; Support and Promote the SUSE One Partner Program
- Help develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate partner onboarding, enablement, and sales
- Make & exceed quota and sell the right mix of products/solutions
- Effectively build relationships with recruited partners
- Recruit and engage with partners across Latin America; support similar efforts WW (with peers/peer groups distributed throughout different Geos/Regions)
- Build & develop go to market strategies with a subset of named Partners
- Incorporate SUSE’s GTM model and drive opportunities in conjunction with named Partners & their GTM strategy.
- Understand SUSE’s capabilities and positioning in the market and have a good understanding of related and/or competitive products, solutions.
- Understand and articulate how to match SUSE solutions to their customer’s or prospect’s business models.
- Actively use social networking to improve SUSE and partner visibility and interaction
- Actively seeks continuous improvement, maintain a SUSE sales certification
