Description:

Companial is seeking a dedicated Partner Success Manager - Recruit with a passion for the Microsoft business solutions ecosystem. This role aims to drive partner community growth within the Central Eastern Europe region.
As an ambassador for both Companial and Microsoft, you will be responsible for expanding the Companial partner ecosystem as a key member of the Central Eastern Europe team. Additionally, you will focus on nurturing and developing the Companial channel business in this region.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit Microsoft partners/ resellers who are focusing on Microsoft Business Applications area (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform) or the ones who are looking to establish such practice in diverse Central Eastern Europe region
  • Be responsible for building and executing go-to-market strategy focusing on recruitment pipeline development in collaboration with marketing and sales organization
  • Work with recruited partners to ensure maximum partner satisfaction and optimal consumption of Companial services during the onboarding process
  • Consult partners on how to grow their business and how to adapt to new market requirements and opportunities
  • Engaging with Microsoft in the local region to ensure that the recruit motion is aligned with Microsoft strategy for Business Applications
