The Partner Success Specialist is responsible for guiding prospective manufacturers to the Xometry Partner Network through the multi-step vetting and onboarding process, answering questions along the way, and setting the prospective manufacturer up for a productive relationship with Xometry.
They will leverage interpersonal skills, diligent task management, and various technologies to ensure perspectives understand the full value of joining Xometry’s Partner Network.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure all incoming Partner requests and concerns are resolved in an urgent, professional, and personable manner
  • Ensure onboarding pre-work is properly completed through a combination of self-directed work and administrative support
  • Utilize Salesforce to respond to Partner inquiries, Google Sheets for funnel tracking
  • Monitor select social media channels to identify prospective partners and conduct research to do outreach and follow-up
  • Comfortable cold-calling prospects
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or service management position preferred, with a history of producing results through strong relationships
  • Ability to communicate in fluent U.S. English in a business setting
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable cold-calling prospects
  • Technically proficient with an ability to utilize multiple systems, including Microsoft/Google Suite and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while solving problems quickly and creatively
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively work cross-functionally and with a wide range of people with different skill sets
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to organization and detail
