Join Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will be responsible for providing transactional account management support and guidance to our dealer partners at every stage of their journey to build sustainable long lasting relationships. Working as part of the Sales team our ideal team member will have previous experience in Sales Administration with excellent communication skills.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- A working knowledge of the SOPRA & VAS products and systems or alternative unit stocking and auditing platforms
- Background in Motor Finance or a similar secured asset lending environment
- Experience with Excel and data mining tools

Responsibilities:
- Proactively supporting our dealer partners with transactional business and commercial related queries and operational efficiencies (e-mail or telephone)
- Proactively engaging with the sales Business Development Managers to optimise the dealer partner experience and commercial performance
- Professionally responding to dealer calls and maintaining strong relationships
- Utilising Salesforce.com (CRM) to enrich dealer partner data to support sales activities
- Managing the dealer onboarding process at 30, 60 and 90 day stages
- Undertake key operational processes to ensure the smooth running of the dealer funding portfolio, including but not limited to:
- Prepare documentation for dealer funding applications and annual funding reviews with the support of the BDM team
- Produce correspondence to funded dealers
- Provide strategic support in the deployment of new and development of current dealer funding systems
- Provide support to the Dealer Funding Team and Risk Director in the management of dealer failure scenarios and in the subsequent analysis, review and improvement cycle
- Bring new ideas to existing operational processes, primarily to streamline current processes and improve processes where appropriate
- Adhering to set sales and operations policies and procedures
- Work with a variety of stakeholders with a particular emphasis on providing best in class service to Operations and Sales and in turn, dealers
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
