Responsibilities:
Do you love building relationships with businesses to secure long-term partnerships? If so, Compare My Move, an online comparison service for moving home, are looking for Partner Support Executive to join the current Partner Support Team.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the existing Partner Support Team and will be accountable for contributing to the continued growth of our trusted partner network.
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to our network of industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, positive and profitable partner relationships to maximise company growth.
- Manage the successful onboarding of new partners once they have purchased via the new business sales team.
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage our customer accounts via our in-house bespoke CRM.
- Handling consumer and partner complaints where necessary.
- Processing orders and payments.
- Liaise with other departments across the business.
- Overall you will be the first point of contact for our partners so need to be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for solving customer issues.
