IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
As a Partner Support Specialist, you will interact with customers by phone and email to provide and process information in response to their requests and queries about our products and services.
You will be responsible for effectively managing clients and partners enquiries, complaints and issues, and to ensure customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To effectively manage clients and partners enquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Interact with customers through phone calls and emails and provide information to client queries.
- Build rapport with customers by listening actively, question appropriately, and by providing updates and feedback.
- Manage and prioritize tasks and maintain assignments simultaneously.
- Organize information and data, assemble and maintain data in the company’s shared databases.
- Work effectively with your team and contribute to accomplishing assignments.
- Identify and solve issues that might arise.
