Description:

The Partnership Account Managers objective is to advance the Delaget partnership program to generate revenue through the management of partner relationships and through referrals. This is an established and strategically important channel to the organization. The Partnership Account Manager will manage strategic relationships and data partnerships that advance the value of Delaget services and Delaget data. Building relationships, managing the sales strategy and process, and achieving revenue goals are critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Delaget partnerships to drive revenue, data relationships, and create sales efficiency through referrals
  • Manage existing partner relationships to exceed targets in the partner sales channel
  • Work closely with partners to drive mutually beneficial revenue and data relationships
  • Work to qualify/close leads sourced by partners
  • Strategically orchestrate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales process and ongoing partner engagement
  • Accurately capture and report all aspects of account, opportunity, and partner information within SalesForce.com
  • Accurately forecast pipeline for sales and partner opportunities
  • Speak the language of our customers by communicating technical, industry and market facts to position Delaget as a best-in-class solution that delivers material economic results to our customers
  • Maintain in-depth product, industry trend, competitive, and technical knowledge

  • Ability to engage internal and external senior leadership to align business objectives and create mutual value

  • Be or quickly become an expert in restaurant operations, loss prevention, analytics, and SaaS
  • Ability to translate and clearly communicate (both oral and written) business issues and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise.
  • Expert user of technology, specifically, MS Office, Outlook, and Salesforce
  • 2-4 years sales and business development experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business or marketing
