JOB OVERVIEW:
LAWAZEM is looking for an experienced Partnership Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and enhance our business growth. In this critical role, you will identify potential partners, establish and cultivate relationships, and develop initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of fostering successful partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue partnership opportunities in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners to drive collaboration and mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership proposals, initiatives, and strategies.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms for LAWAZEM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform partnership strategies.
- Prepare and present business cases for new partnership opportunities to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives and projects.
- Measure and report on the success and impact of partnerships, making adjustments as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
