How you make a difference:
As a Partnership Development Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting partnership growth by conducting comprehensive market research and analysis, utilizing diverse methodologies to identify new business prospects. Your responsibilities will include data collection, verification, and offering strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives, as well as facilitating the proposal development process from bid decision through post-submission follow-up. Additionally, you’ll track legislative trends, craft informative materials, and develop presentations for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with legislative and political landscapes to enhance client and advocate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts thorough research and analysis to support both existing projects and new business proposals, synthesizing findings to recommend best practices and identify market trends.
  • Manages data extraction, collection, and quality assurance processes, utilizing various sources including public and private databases, to inform decision-making and proposal development.
  • Tracks political and legislative trends impacting the industry, creating detailed reports and visual presentations for internal stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to data documentation and storage protocols.
  • Drives the proposal development life cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, manage document versioning, and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and company standards.
  • Provides comprehensive editing, formatting, and proofreading support for proposals and related materials, analyzing competing proposals and offering feedback to enhance clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational branding guidelines and policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • College degree preferred (BA/BS)

Experience

  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with quantitative data and analysis.
  • Three to six years of progressive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume proposal environment working on RFP and related new business proposals and presentations within a related industry.

Licenses/Certifications

  • APMP Certification preferred
