Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner Identification and Qualification: Proactively identify potential partners who align with our strategic objectives. Use criteria such as strategic alignment, market potential, and cultural fit to qualify leads.
- Influencing Tender Requirements: Actively influence the tender requirements of our partners and clients to align them with Char.gy’s offerings and capabilities.
- Win Themes and Value Propositions: Develop win themes that set Char.gy apart from competitors and provide attractive value propositions for potential partners and clients.
- Consulting Sales: Utilize strong consulting sales skills, particularly in the technical sector, to win new business and achieve or exceed personal targets.
- Bid Support: Actively support bid managers by providing insight into pricing strategy, win themes, customer relationships, and competitor positioning.
- External Representation: Seek opportunities to positively represent Char.gy in external arenas that potential partners use, such as speaking at conferences, round tables, or industry events.
- Content Creation: Write content for social media posts, industry articles, white papers, and case studies to enhance Char.gy’s visibility and reputation.
- CRM Management: Consistently apply Char.gy’s consulting methodologies and capture all information gathered during engagements in the company’s CRM systems.
- ESG Policy: Support the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policy in all partnership activities.
THIS ROLE WILL SUIT YOU IF YOU:
- have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Humanities, or a related field.
- have strong consulting sales, communication and research skills.
- hold proficiency in using CRM systems.
- proven experience in influencing tender requirements, developing win themes, and achieving personal targets is a plus.
- a knowledge of and commitment to ESG principles is a plus.
