PREFERRED SKILLS (HEADING) / COMPÉTENCES PARTICULIÈRES (TITRE)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa and english.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

QUALIFICATIONS (HEADING) / COMPÉTENCES (TITRE)

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in sales training, education, human resources or a related discipline
  • Min 5 years’ working experience as Training & Development in financial industries (preferably in insurance company)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office esp. PPT
  • Excellent knowledge in graphic design tools for exp Canva
  • Experience in managing Learning Management System (e-learning)
  • Excellent Communication skill, research skill with the ability to multitask and adapt in fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develops training and development programs, modules, manage TTT for new training materials
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) for all sales force/bank partner
  • Develop & design digital learning (e-learning, videos, and any digital information/knowledge needed)
  • Communicate & liase with related department regarding to material development and seek for sign off approval
  • Ensure regular measurement training and program effectiveness, review existing modules to ensure alignment with business objective
